This is my TARDIS tattoo. I got this tattoo because I have a ridiculous obsession with Doctor Who and everything about it. The TARDIS is his time and space machine, he can go anywhere he wants with it. It always make me happy to see it because it reminds me that I too (with enough money and will power), can go anywhere in the world I want.

I got it done at Wild Side Tattoos in Brisbane, Australia, by James Jenkins.
He made the entire experience so memorable for me and I had so much fun hanging out in the shop and laughing with all of the other artists. They’re seriously some of the best people I’ve ever met.

It took about 6-7 hours in total to complete (8 if you count all the smoke breaks i had to take). It was the most painful thing I’ve ever put myself through, but considering how well it turned out, I’d go through that all over again.

For those of you that know Doctor Who, stay tuned for a weeping angel on my other leg. And remember, that which holds the image of an angel, itself becomes an angel.

So don’t blink.
